E-MODULE FOR REDUCTION IN RE-ANNEALING COILS TO LESS THAN 1 % OF ANNEALED COILS










Aim: To create safe working environment by enhancing appropriate engineering skills, technique and procedures related to reduction in re-annealing coils to less than 1 % of annealed coils.


Objective: On completion of this training module, the trainee will be able to learn : Material flow in CRM 1&2, zones of cold rolling mill 1&2, introduction to cold rolling, about annealing process, purpose of bell annealing process, plc annealing cycle in annealing ii , reasons of coil oxidizing ,reasons for generation of oxidized coils in annealing & rectification of defects etc.
