Standardized corrective action to eliminate deviations.
Wheel And Axle plant is the only plant in India to produce forged quality railways wheel. The plant has state-of-the art production line. The input materials are bottom poured ingots and CC round bars of steel IRS19/93 and IRS34/15 specification.
Wheel and Axle Plant of D.S.P supplies finished Wheels, Axles & Sets to the Indian Railways. The wheels are forged, rolled and heat-treated before machining. Wheels are measured both in hot & cold conditions during manufacture.
