The program aims to equip our Product Executives with in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s products for improved customers engagement.

Programme Objectives

After attending the program, the participants shall be able to:

  • Know about the technical specifications, physical & chemical properties of the product
  • Understand the Technical Delivery Conditions (TDCs) of the product  to be able to better handle customer queries.
  • Appreciate the USPs of our product vis-à-vis our competitors
  • Understand the rolling challenges and causes of common quality issues to be able to better address customer complaints.
  • Appreciate the product developments/upgradations being planned.

This e-learning module has been developed with an aim to provide you some quick and simple, but powerful, insights on creating synergy in communication and establishing healthy relationship for a meaningful collaborative work.

The programme aims to enhance the personal effectiveness of participants to enable them to exhibit better teamworking skills, and proactively take up expanded roles for higher performance at workplace.

Target Population

Eligibility criteria for being nominated to the programme:

i.       High performing non-executive employees from SAIL Plants/Units.

ii.      Received ‘A’ Grade appraisal rating consecutively in the last 3 years.

iii.    Age preferably between 30 – 50 years.

Learning Journey

·       Participants to enrol in e-Pathshala, if the scheme is applicable.

·       Participants to register on nasscom-Future Skills Prime and start doing courses.

·       Books and articles to be given to the participants.

·       Feedback of learning implementation after 3 months of the programme. Participants to share their implementation of learning.
