Executive Leadership Programme (ELP), a initiative for newly promoted Deputy General Managers at SAIL. The training is a collaboration with prestigious Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) in Nagpur, Raipur, and Ranchi, aimed at strengthening leadership competencies and organizational effectiveness.
The curriculum is delivered in three distinct phases, beginning with an intensive five-day residency focusing on business acumen, strategic leadership, and digital intelligence.
During the second phase, participants undertake practical projects focused on sustainability, safety, or digital transformation, supported by virtual guidance.
The final phase concludes with another physical session at an IIM for in Depth sessions, project presentations and final assessments.
Communication is managed through batch-specific WhatsApp groups and email, with logistical support provided for on-campus accommodation and dining.
