Programme aims to enhance the emotional intelligence (EI/EQ) of the participants so that they can have better self awareness and self management skills for higher performance at the workplace.

In this age of Hyperconnectivity, digital footprints count, with the propellers of digital footprints being the Social media influencers. Brands are built or crushed overnight through the social media feeds of the influencers. In the physical set-up also, word-of-mouth feedback has a huge impact on employees, customers, and other stakeholder relations. It validates that people trust people more than they trust brands In such a scenario, Organizations are looking at homegrown Influencers- from amongst employees as advocates of their brand to bring in more authenticity and build trust.
