LEO Workshop Aim
The aim of the Learning from Each Other (LEO) Workshop is to share good practices and knowledge to the participants for effective implementation of Digital Project Management Solution (DPMS) in SAIL.
LEO Workshop Objectives
The LEO Workshop is being organised with the following objectives-
After attending the workshop participants shall be able to:
- Know about the good practices being followed by each Plant in the DPMS implementation and the constraints being faced therein.
- Learn about the issues faced by different plants pertaining to integration with EDDMS, SAP and mjPRO.
- Identify areas where they can adopt best practices in the implementation of DPMS.
- Prepare Action Plans for successful implementation of DPMS and utilise it in the best manner.
Aim :
To equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies and their relevance to SAIL, fostering awareness, skill development, and alignment with the SAIL's digital transformation roadmap.
Objective :
- Introduce key emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Highlight SAIL’s live projects and initiatives in these technologies.
- Align participants with the digital transformation roadmap of the company.

The aim of the programme is to enable management trainees to become a useful, integrated member of SAIL team so that
they can contribute effectively and grow in the organization.

The 5-day intensive program was designed to enhance leadership capabilities and business acumen among SAIL executives.
