This course will cover the Aspects of Implementing and Sustaining Change.

While traditionally  business organizations work around the targets of Bottom Lines and achieving Brand Equity with focus on fulfilling customer expectation and maximizing operational efficiency, the paradigm shift is gradually happening with focus on being Sustainably Profitable by positively contributing to the Triple Bottom-line. This module aims to bring this perspective to the fore.

The aim of the module is to reinforce the capability of senior leaders in organizations for creating  a providing  "adaptive leadership" and creating "holding environment" for driving innovation at the workplace. 


The aim of the module is to reinforce the capability of senior leaders in organizations for leading during crisis, with focus on three aspects of leadership in a crisis- managing self, leading people and steering the organization., using management concepts and Leadership Lessons from  Case study of 2010 Copiapó mining accident in Chile in which 33 miners were rescued from an underground mine after 69 days.
