Outbound leadership was an initiative taken to facilitated experiential learning in self management and leadership for key executives of SAIL.

The programs are being conducted with the help of Tata Steel Adventure Foundation, a not for profit  body, that has extensive experience of conducting such programs for all levels of employees, including senior management.

To develop awareness of the Constitutional Provisions/ Presidential Directives and other orders issued by Government of India  relating to Reservation in Services for SC/ST/OBC/ EWS/PWD/ESM with special emphasis on preparation of Rosters to enable the Dealing Officers of different Plants/Units of SAIL to implement the Reservation Policy of the Government in letter and spirit
