Aim of the program is to help grass root women leaders address their unique challenges and improve their work life balance. Through this program, we aspire to provide a platform for women to come together and share their experiences and learn about how to grow as a professional and make a positive difference. We hope this training module would help in equipping the women to navigate around gender stereotypes and biases at workplaces and gain more equity, work with more confidence and create a positive change.

This is a training module for front line women executives which aims to refine their leadership approach.
Aim of the program is to help inspire front-line women executives to enhance their leadership impact by addressing their unique challenges and leveraging their unique capabilities. Through this program, we aspire to provide a platform for front-line women executives to come together and share their leadership experiences and learn about how to become an effective leader and bring a positive change.
