- Scheme for organizing competition for CEO Trophy for Young Managers is being launched in SAIL with an aim to develop a culture of learning, innovation and creativity at our Integrated Steel Plants which would lead to enhanced performance of our plants on a sustainable basis.
- The scheme would help in creating an eco-system for development of young managers by providing them an opportunity to participate in the competition in which they are nudged to stretch their mental faculty beyond their normal routine level to win CEO Trophy for Young Managers.
