Brands are built or crushed overnight through the social media feeds of the influencers. A special program on Leadership Development Journey, आन्या, for select female executives in the E5 to E7 grade is being organized through SHRM. Although programs are conducted on a regular basis, however, the need was felt to have a defined closed-loop Leadership Development journey having various interventions like online learning, outbound, coaching/mentoring, peer learning, interactions with women leaders, and assessments combined into a three-month course.

This program is now a preparatory program for all GMs for preparing them to take on the role of HoDs. The name of the pragram was changed from Program for Heads of Departments (HOD) to Advanced General Management Program(AGMP) in June 2021.
