Effective Contract Execution means carrying out the contract accurately, on time, and with clear communication. It includes understanding contract terms, maintaining proper documentation, monitoring progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, giving timely approvals/payments, and resolving issues quickly so both parties meet their commitments smoothly.
Aim:
The aim of the program is to enable participants to execute contracts effectively.
Objectives:

Through interactive lectures and practical lab sessions, executives will explore tools like Google AI studio, NotebookLM, microsoft online utilities, Gamma.ai, Google Colab, different LLMs and more—enabling smarter work practices in both personal and professional domains.
