A special program on Leadership Development Journey, आन्या, for select female executives in the E5 to E7 grade is being organized through SHRM. Although programs are conducted on a regular basis, however, the need was felt to have a defined closed-loop Leadership Development journey having various interventions like online learning, outbound, coaching/mentoring, peer learning, interactions with women leaders, and assessments combined into a three-month course.

This aims to create a partnership between a senior-level executive (E8 & E9) and a younger executive. The idea is that the junior employee can share their expertise (commonly, technology and digital media topics) with the senior colleague, who may be less familiar with these areas.

Extended reality (XR) is a catch-all term for virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR), all of which include using a device to overlay interactive information or present virtual information in a 3D capacity.

Extended Reality offers trainees a safe and realistic training environment. Where the technology costs, risks of injury, and costly damages to equipment can be eliminated.

This course aims to develop capability of the participants in understanding the technology and leveraging it in L&D.
